Shipping Regions

We currently ship physical products to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • European Union: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain
  • United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland

Digital products are available for customers in the same regions.

Processing Times

Mugs and ornaments are made to order. It usually takes 2 to 6 business days from your order until it goes to print, and usually up to 2 more business days to print it. A custom design takes longer, depending on how quickly we settle it between us. Shipping time comes on top and depends on your region. These are usual times, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Production & Fulfilment Locations

To ensure faster delivery and avoid customs issues, we print and ship your items from the nearest available location:

  • Ornaments
    • USA → Printed and shipped from the USA
    • Canada, Norway, Switzerland → Printed and shipped from Canada
    • EU (see list above) → Printed and shipped from France
  • Mugs
    • USA → Printed and shipped from the USA
    • Canada → Printed and shipped from Canada
    • EU, UK, Rest of Europe & eligible countries → Printed and shipped from Poland or Czech Republic

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your region and the weight of your parcel. Because it is priced by weight, a second keepsake in the same parcel usually costs much less to post than the first one did. This applies to postage only, and not to the price of the keepsakes themselves.

Customs & Duties

We aim to fulfil orders locally or regionally whenever possible. However, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes in countries that are not part of the EU, the USA or Canada, especially in:

  • United Kingdom
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

Please check your local import regulations if you’re unsure.

Returns & Cancellations

All physical products are custom-made to order and are therefore non-refundable unless damaged or misprinted.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos — we’ll find a solution together.

Downloads of digital products are non-refundable once the download has started.
